Pure&Co Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Pure&Co (“Pure&Co”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including purchases made through our website, online store, social media channels or other authorised sales channels.

By placing an order with Pure&Co, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. Products

Pure&Co sells candles, soaps, oils and related products.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, fragrances and other product information are accurate. However, variations may occur between individual products and batches, particularly where products contain natural ingredients or are handmade.

Minor variations in colour, texture, appearance, scent or finish do not necessarily constitute a product fault.

2. Placing an Order

An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

a product is unavailable;

there is an obvious pricing or product listing error;

we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;

we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control; or

an error has occurred in the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or product.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

4. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will generally not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website or at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter and assist with an appropriate resolution.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

If an order is returned to Pure&Co because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided by the customer, additional delivery costs may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using Pure&Co products in accordance with the instructions and safety information supplied with the product.

Candles should never be left unattended while burning and should be kept away from children, pets, flammable materials and other potential hazards.

Oils, soaps and other personal-care products should only be used for their intended purpose.

Pure&Co is not responsible for loss or damage arising from misuse or failure to follow supplied product instructions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Ingredients, Allergies and Sensitivities

Where applicable, ingredient information is provided with or alongside our products.

Customers should review ingredients before purchasing or using a product, particularly if they have known allergies or sensitivities.

If you require further information about the ingredients in a product, please contact us before purchasing.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the ACL or other applicable Australian law.

10. Returns and Refunds

Our returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in that policy limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to any specific terms stated alongside the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

discount codes cannot be combined;

discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases; and

promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Products purchased during a sale remain subject to Australian Consumer Law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure&Co will not be liable for loss or damage arising from the misuse of our products or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot legally be limited or excluded under Australian law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time.

The version applying to your purchase will generally be the version displayed at the time your order is placed.
